Click the drop down arrow under "Target profile" and select a profile from the list. It lists kinds of DVD to video conversion pre-sets, which are specified different dimension, bit rate, codec, file size and so on. You may choose any one of them according to your own needs. Here we choose "QuickTime MOV Video (*.mov)" under "Generic Video", which will help to create MOV video be of the same dimension of your DVD from your DVD movies.
